We have been the beneficiaries of Jonathan’s expertise and advice for several years.  Our most recent problem focused on undependable and spotty wifi in the house to such an extent that some rooms had no coverage at all.  He, being already familiar with our computers (a MacBook and a Dell minitower), came up with an excellent, relatively inexpensive, solution which I’m using now to write this review.  He’s prompt, professional, and a good person.
